Greens, lentils and sweet potato in coconut sauce

1 big bunch of spinach or callaloo

1 big sliced onion

1 large garlic

Coconut milk

Chopped  sweet potato




Other vegetables of your choice

Hot pepper, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Cooked lentils


Put the spinach, onion, and garlic in warm vegetal oil about 4 minutes.


Add enough coconut milk, chopped sweet potato and cho-cho, aubergine, carrots, or vegetables of your choice, hot pepper, black pepper according to your taste. Cook until done and the sauce thick.


Then, add cooked lentils. keep 5 minutes on the fire. it is ready.
