Coffee-Glazed Tofu

3 tbs Bella Vita espresso-infused balsamic vinegar

4 tbs extra virgin olive oil

3 tbs triple-strength black coffee

1 block extra firm tofu

Add all to a skillet and fry until firm.  Flip tofu occasionally and use spatula to gently press out excess moisture.  Glaze with a little more espresso balsamic.
