2 large organic mangoes
6 tbs Torani coconut syrup, sugar free
2/3 cup coconut milk (can, full fat)
1/4 cup brazil or macadamia nuts
1/3 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
2 tbs raw honey
1 tbs fresh key lime juice
Grind Brazil nuts and shredded coconut together into a fine powder. Soak overnight in coconut milk. Stir until smooth.
Peel mangoes and blend all. Add ice if too thin; additional coconut milk if too thick.
