Hippie protein bars

I just developed these… I feel like She-Hulk!

Grind all the following ingredients into a fine meal:

1 cup steel cut Irish oats
1 3/4 cup Special K Protein
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/8 cup flax seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/8 cup carob nibs

Melt the following together and add to dry mix:

2/3 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup raw local honey

Stir all until smooth and blended. Add 1/2 cup nut milk and 1/2 tsp sea salt.

Press mixture into 9×11 loaf pan.

Blend the following until smooth:

6 baby carrots
4 tbs nut milk
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp raw honeyPour carrot cake frosting onto mixture.

Bake on 400 F for 30-40 minutes.
