2 cloves garlic, sliced (or minced, whatever you like)
2 sprigs marjoram, leaves only (or 1 tbs dried)
4 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1 lavash wrap, burrito wrap, or pita round
1/4 cup vegan cheese
Braise the veggie mix in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft.
Fill wrap with veggies, and sprinkle with cheese.
