Black Bean and Mango Salsa

This can be served as a salad, a dip, or folded into tortillas with some veggie cheese and served warm as a burrito.  It’s simple, quick, and really satisfying.

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
Juice from one lime
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Mix everything together and enjoy!
