Not Much Left Soup

Starving, and out of everything… So what did I do? Invented something brilliant, that’s what.

2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup water
1 can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup diced white onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1 clove garlic, diced (or minced)
1 sprig fresh marjoram, diced
3 tbs sherry cooking wine
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

The secret is the sherry and the marjoram.  It really doesn’t look like much on paper, but it’s pretty phenomenal to the tastebuds!
