Red Pepper Soup

2 Not Chick’n cubes

1/2 cup tomato juice

3 cups water
1 bay leaf
1 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs dried cilantro
1 tbs Power of 3 Ayurvedic blend
1 tsp kelp powder
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes and their juice, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cups spinach

Boil water, bouillon, bay leaf, cilantro, and garlic powder until bouillon dissolves. Add onion, celery, tomatoes and peppers, and boil until almost soft. Add spinach last and stir until braised. Finally, add tomato juice, Power of 3, and kelp powder.
