1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 Not Beef cube
1 tsp oil
3 cups random mixed veggies (I used broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, celery, snap peas, carrots, onions.)
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs turmeric
1 tbs vindaloo seasoning (Penzey’s Spices)
Add broth, bouillon, and oil to a large wok or pan. Add veggies and sauté on med-high with spices until tender, about ten minutes.
