Bourbon Vanilla Anjou Sauté

I made this simple treat for brunch this morning with homegrown pears. 

Simple, quick, and absurdly delicious!

1-2 Anjou pears
1/2 cup Silk French Vanilla Creamer
3 tbs bourbon whiskey
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean, sliced open and insides scraped out into pan

Peel and slice pears to desired thickness.

Place in pan with remaining ingredients and sauté until pears are soft and all liquid is absorbed.

Include the whole vanilla bean in your sauté.

Serve over waffles, crepes, pancakes or ice cream.
