Peanut-Espresso Truffles

Holy hell, y’all. Make these. Make them now!

2 tsp espresso
4 tbs peanut butter (the crunchy, oily kind)
3 tbs carob powder
3 tbs semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbs agave nectar

Melt (or blend if you want it raw) all ingredients until smooth. Roll into balls or press into a small dish and chill until ready to serve.
