Waste not, want not!

After spending the entire evening slicing, chopping, grating, and sautéing veggies for the coming weekend, I realized I was throwing away heaps of useful and nutritious scraps.

A quick search on the Internet led me to realize that almost every part of a vegetable can be utilized in some way or other.  Here are a few amazing links on how to get the most out of your fruits and veggies:
