5 Minute Fruit Balls

I took the leftover crumbles from the bottom of a bag of trail mix (mostly dates, walnuts, and some granola bits), and zapped them in the blender with dried apples (the “dried” kind that is still soft and squishy.)

I rolled them into balls and coated them with ground flax seed and coconut flakes, and voila!  A great quick snack.
