I also suggest sing the tempeh fillets as the “meat” on slider burgers.

Broccoli-Carrot Coleslaw
1 bag shredded broccoli
1 bag shredded carrot
2 tbs lemon juice
1/3 cup veganaise
5 tbs vinegar
1 tbs salt

Put all ingredients into a large Tupperware bowl. Put lid on and shake to mix. Add more vinegar, veganaise, and salt to taste.

BBQ Tempeh
Cut 1 package of tempeh in half lengthwise and in half again so you have four squares. Marinade for 2-4 days in the following sauce

4 tbs BBQ sauce
3 tbs A1
3 tsp Cajun Chef hot sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp corriander

After marinating, put tempeh fillets into a lightly oiled skillet. Cook 5-10 minutes on medium heat until soft. Serve with more BBQ and A1 on top, and sliced sweet onions.
