Power Vegan Sandwich


2 slices flaxseed bread
1 tbs hummus
1 tbs basil pesto
1 tbs veganaise (from grapeseed oil)
2 tbs ground flaxseeds
4 pieces Smart Choice “Bacon”
1 slice of tomato
sprouts mix (alfalfa, beans, etc.)

Layer all on bread, slice in half, and serve with a few Greek olives
